What are cookies?

Why we use them

This application uses these technologies for a small number of practical purposes: to keep your place in the assessment, to autosave your answers so you can pause and resume, to give you access to your results dashboard and report, to protect the contact form from automated abuse, and to remember your cookie choices.

We also use an analytics tag shared with our main website, omnirms.com, so we can understand how visitors reach and use this tool. Because this application is part of the same website, that tag runs on all visits, exactly as it does on omnirms.com. We do not run advertising or profiling technologies on this application.

Essential vs optional

Essential items are required for the assessment to function and cannot be switched off. Our shared website analytics tag runs on all visits as part of the wider omnirms.com site measurement. Any additional analytics and marketing technologies are optional and are not loaded unless you opt in. Rejecting them does not affect your ability to complete the assessment or view your results, and you can block analytics entirely through your browser settings.

Third-party services

Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the contact step to distinguish genuine users from automated submissions. It may set short-lived cookies in your browser and is classed as strictly necessary security functionality.

Lovable Cloud (Supabase) hosts the application backend. Assessment data is submitted to it via secure API calls; it does not set advertising cookies in your browser.

Factors.ai provides the website analytics used across omnirms.com and this subdomain. It records pages viewed, referral source and general device information to help us measure how the site performs. It is loaded on all visits so journeys between omnirms.com and this tool are measured consistently. It does not collect the answers you give in the assessment.

Managing or withdrawing consent

You can change your choices at any time using the button below or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings — doing so will remove your saved assessment progress and results link.
